As a first time renter through an estate agents, Bronte could not have been more helpful if they tried! Sam, who has been helping us every step of the way has been an absolute god send, she is efficient, friendly and makes you feel at ease. No matter what question I have had Sam has been there to help me every step and very quickly too. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and their care. I even received an email a couple of days ago making sure that we are settled into our property! If that isn't above and beyond I don't know what is! I really can't thank them enough for everything and like the review is named, if I could give 10 stars I would! 10/10!

We sold our house through Bronte and are now also renting throught them. Best decision ever! The whole team were fantastic from start to finish. It sold straight away and we completed within 2 months. We are so grateful to Martin, who we met first. He did the valuation and took photos. Then to Natalie and Michelle in the sales team, for their great communication. They were always available to answer any questions, we had throughout the process. Knowing we wanted to upsize and wanted to rent, Sam in lettings, was able to get us a house, that ticked all the boxes, it was nicely timed with the completion of our house sale. Sam is a true hero! Thank you so much, to all of you at Bronte for making it a stress free experience. Highly recommend.
